We aim to provide a professional, caring service to anyone over the age of 18, and we take great care to ensure that we recruit the best possible people to become part of our team of Carers. All our Carers are thoroughly screened for their suitability, professional written references are always obtained, and checks are also carried out by the Criminal Records Bureau. All our Carers are fully insured with maximum public and employer's liability insurance, and are issued with Identity Cards so that you can be confident about allowing them into your home. 

 

We have our own in-house training program which has been designed to cover all aspects of providing care in a Client's home and our Carers are regularly assessed to ensure they are providing the best possible care.

 

Confidentiality is highly important and we appreciate the need to protect any information given in confidence. Because of this, you can be assured we will only give personal information to the people who are immediately involved in providing your care. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 which covers any information held on behalf of our Clients, and confirm that all our computers are password-protected and that all our paper files are stored in locked filing cabinets within our offices.
